Questions

  1. Questions: These are tailored, targeted questions that you can create and update. You set the active periods and frequency that you wish to ask this question to your Business Units. The officers from these business units will then receive an email notification when this question is set to be asked and they will enter the answer and any other highlights to enhance their response.
The aim is for the responses provided to give you a clear understanding of how much progress is being made towards achieving each respective Deliverable.
  2. Type: Choose the appropriate type of question so that you get the right type of answer. Select from:
    1. Number
    2. Currency
    3. Status
    4. and more.
  3. Active Periods: work on when you need to ask this question. Firstly, when do you want to ask this question the first time? Then, when do you want to ask this question the last time?
  4. Frequency: Once you know the start and end of when you want to seek updates against this deliverable, now set how frequently you want to ask this question? Choose from:
    1. Monthly
    2. Quarterly
    3. Twice yearly
    4. Annually
    5. Once/Custom

For example:
Deliverable: Promote participation in external NAIDOC events

Business Unit: Marketing & Communications
Question: Number of external NAIDOC events promoted for our staff to participate, during this year (mention highlights)
Active Period: Start: July 2025 - End: July 2027

- July 2025

- July 2026
