When responding to Progress Updates, it is very helpful to add some extra info for your Reconciliation team 

 for your Reconciliation team, so they can have more context on all the deadly work that you and your team have been doing.

 

In your Progress Updates, you will be able to enter Additional details (comments), Photos, URLs, and Locations.


 

Here are a few examples of supporting info that you can provide when responding to Questions in your Progress Updates.

 




Employment & Procurement


  • Additional Details: “We procured from the following businesses during this period…”
  • Photos - of First Nations employee yarns or of an Indigenous business that did a great job
  • URLs - share the website of the Indigenous business
  • Locations - share the location of where the procurement took place


    

Events 


  • Additional Details: “Attending this event was beneficial for our team because…”
  • Photos - show us a picture of the team at the event
  • URLs - a link to an online communication or website promoting the event
  • Location - where did the event happen? (city/town or state is close enough)




Training and Communications



  • Additional Details: “Some of the feedback (positive and negative) has been…”
  • Photos - participants in cultural awareness training session or examples of communications distributed or posted to social media
  • URLs - links to the social media communications or to the organisation used for the cultural awareness training
  • Location - where did the training happen or where was the communication targeted at? (city/town or state is close enough)



Governance


  • Additional Details: “The following steps have been undertaken…”
  • URLs - links to the masterfile (on your SharePoint or DMS) of policies being reviewed
