If you have a Reconciliation Action Plan, every year you have to submit an Impact Survey.  


You can request your unique link for the Questionnaire to RA in August, and this will be due for submission in September. 


As part of your Implementation, we defined Questions that help tracking some of the information required for this Questionnaire. We use the previous year Impact Survey Questionnaire to configure this for you. 


You can add, remove or make any relevant updates to this. Read more about how Report Types are configured


➡️View in your reports:


Go to your Our Journey report, on the top right corner of the table, click on Add Filter and add the below filters:

  • Response Periods
  • Report Type



These 2 filters will now be added for you to filter the data in your report


For your Response Periods filter, you will see options to select based on year, quarter and month. You can select as many of these periods as relevant. This survey normally is based on Financial Year, so you can select the relevant periods within the Financial Year that you need to report on. 


In the below example, I want to select only dates that fall within FY24 



For your Report Type filter, you will see any Report Types that would have been configured. If you have a RAP, we would have configured the Impact Measurement Report Type for you. 


You will now see your report filtered by the relevant selected data. Use the Expand and Collapse to see the level of detail that you require.



As an optional, you can even remove columns, so you can see just what you need to! Hover over the ... in the Column Heading that you would like to remove, and click on Hide Column


Below I'm removing the Actions and Deliverables Columns, as those are not relevant in this instance. I can then Expand/Collapse to the level of details that I require.



To add your Columns back, you can 

  • Select the ... in any of the Column Headings
  • Click on Manage Columns
  • Select the Columns that you want to add




And you can export this table as excel, or print as a PDF





If there are other Questions that you think should be added as part of this filter, you can add, remove or make any relevant updates to this Report Type. Read more about how Report Types are configured
