Our Calendar is a report that can show visually the distribution of touchpoints with the system for the Deliverables in your Strategy.


You can filter the report by Business Unit, which can be very helpful to visualise the above for each Business Unit. 


This is a Calendar view of the Questions that have been pre-configured for each of your Deliverables, and when they have been scheduled. 


By default you will see the next 6 months, clear the filter so you can see everything.



You will now see all the Deliverables ➡️the Questions set up for each Deliverable ➡️showing when each Question is scheduled to be asked. 


➡️you can filter by Business Unit, so you can see the commitment of each team. 


➡️This a recommended report to encourage your Business Units to familiarise themselves with what their scheduled activities are in weavr, and invite them to provide feedback in case the configuration requires any fine tuning.

Admins can see all Deliverables, and Collaborators can see the Deliverables that they have been assigned to only.



If you see a Question that you might ➡️identify a configuration update (Admin users only), you can:


Click on this icon to be redirected to the Strategies page to update the configuration of the selected Deliverable


Remember the Questions configured are grouped in Progress Updates for each Business Unit for each relevant month.

If you want to ➡️ enter the response for a Question that you see in the Our Calendar report, you can:

  • Click on the bar on the relevant the Question that you want to respond
  • Click on the relevant Business Unit
  • You will be redirected to the Progress Update page where you can enter the response to the relevant Question
